Design meaning
This mug features the Shipibo pattern Metax Kené, based on an Icaro sung in honour of specific medicinal trees from the Amazon rainforest. Within the Shipibo tradition these trees are used not only for physical healing, but also to pass on knowledge and energy during ceremonies.
