At SloFi we do our best to deliver your order on time and efficiently. Below you can read how we handle shipping.

Made to order, not from stock

Our interior work is made to order. Every canvas, every mug and every desk mat is only produced after you have ordered. We hold no stock and produce nothing in advance — this avoids overproduction, leftover stock and unnecessary transport.

As a result, you wait a little longer than you may be used to from a warehouse store. Allow a few days of production time before shipping starts. Those days are the making process: printing, stretching, checking and packing.

Production and shipping

• Europe and the Netherlands — production and shipping are handled by Printful, our primary production partner for the European market.
• United States — production and shipping are handled by Printify, so your order is made and shipped within the US instead of crossing the ocean.
• Delivery times — these consist of production time plus delivery time and vary by product and destination. You will see the most accurate possible estimate at checkout.
• Shipping costs — these vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Freshly roasted coffee

• Own shipping — we handle the shipping of our freshly roasted coffee ourselves, so that every order is carefully prepared.
• Fairtrade guarantee — our coffee carries the recognised Fairtrade mark for fair, quality sourcing.
• Delivery times and costs — these depend on your location and are clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Customer service

SloFi is responsible for handling all customer service matters and provides tracking information for every order.

International shipping

• We ship most products internationally; delivery times and costs vary by destination.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
